Tomorrow is going to hurt.

But I can't wait for the harvest!

Pumpkins, lettuce, chard, pickling cucumbers, Armenian cucumbers, zucchini, summer squash, thyme, basil, rosemary, oregano, mint, chives, parsley, and can't remember what else all in the ground. 

And I'm not even half way done.

I sure hope this works!

Allergic Reaction

So I'm discovering it isn't just me with allergic reactions to certain foods... Last week Bucket had a reaction to smelling a tea bag that had cinnamon- her face instantly turned into a red splotchy mess. Today we had southern style hash browns with ketchup, and Biscuit had the same reaction. What gives?

I know this blog has been quiet for some time, but there are always posts in the back of my mind I wish I had the time to write. It's taken a back seat to life, so to speak. But, I have a new found reason for pushing through and making the time- this happens to be about the only way my husband can keep in touch with us. Pretty sad, I know. So if you happen to be checking back here, you might find some posts that seem un-post worthy. You can skip those, they are for Mr. Pilot. ;)
